Welcome to Two Breaths More - Yoga in Market Harborough
Hatha yoga, uniting mind, body and soul through the breath
Hatha yoga, uniting mind, body and soul through the breath
Hatha yoga is about the mind, body and soul working together in harmony. A regular practice with Two Breaths More will help your body to become stronger and more flexible, and breathing techniques will help to calm your mind.
During our yoga practice we often experience a little discomfort in a pose, believing that we are holding it to our maximum capability. I invite you to take two breaths more to help you stay in the pose for a fraction longer and step beyond your comfort zone.
By taking two breaths more, energy shifts to the upper part of your brain, forming and reinforcing new neural pathways, which will increase willpower and confidence.
This is yoga with Two Breaths More:
promoting calmness and stillness, helping you to get the most out of your practice and comfortably achieve postures beyond your expectations.
I welcome and support everyone on their personal journey of yoga. At Two Breaths More I encourage awareness of the breath to move towards stronger postures, calmness of the mind and self transformation.
Regular practice with Two Breaths More will help you to improve your yoga poses and your outlook on life. In all of my classes we spend time on these important elements, promoting balance in your life.
At Two Breaths More we are passionate about hatha yoga. Yoga goes beyond physical exercise and unites the mind, body and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation and promotes health and wellbeing.
Hatha yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run or heavy workout, yoga will help your body to relax while stretching, strengthening and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.
I have been practising hatha yoga for over 10 years. I trained in India and am Yoga Alliance qualified.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.

Hi, my name is Paul and when I am not doing yoga, I enjoy playing golf, watching Sheffield Wednesday Football Club and cooking.
I have been married for 34 years to and we have two grown up children, a son and daughter.
Professionally, I worked most of my life in senior management positions within the computing industry. The pace and stress of this environment led me to search for an outlet that would provide calmness and stillness - I found this, and more, with yoga.
Yoga is a great tool to deal with life’s stresses. I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and recently gained my yoga teaching qualification in India under the guidance of Oceanic Yoga.
It would be great to see you at one of my classes.
We are always available to answer any questions you may have or assist you with your yoga practice.
